Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for shipping per order.
Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge.

Deliveries to other European countries, England, Norway, and Liechtenstein:
We charge a flat rate of €8.50 for shipping per order.
Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge to these countries.

Delivery information:
We deliver our products within the EU
as well as to: England, Norway, and Liechtenstein.


Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery of goods within Germany will take 2-5 days,
and for international deliveries 3-5 days after the order is placed (or after receipt of payment if payment is made in advance).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Deliveries to business customers within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping per order.
Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge. Shipping for retailers to other European countries and third-party countries
We charge a flat rate of €10.00 for shipping per order.
For orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping to international destinations.
